After successful registration you can submit a support ticket by clicking on “New support ticket”.

You will need to fill some details regarding your ticket. Requester if not automatically filled is your email address. Subject what ever you want to ask for support. Choose hosting location relevant to affected systems, if you have multiple locations choose “Other”. In the “Description” field write us your question, and hit “Submit”.

Your ticket is now successfully created and confirmation is sent to your email.
