As part of our service improvements we are launching a unified Forthscale ID. It will allow single sign on and identity for all our services and better security controls. Starting today it is available in our Helpdesk and we will connect all our services (Heili, billing, domains, etc) to it. If you use Google ID or Github to authenticate, just click on appropriate icon. More external providers are coming soon. Unfortunately migration of existing Freshdesk auth database was not possible and we will ask users authenticating with user/pass combination to create new record. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

Forthscale ID uses Auth0 EU region and is GDPR compliant
